Hi crafty friends!
I’m excited to share this sweet, whimsical Mother’s Day card I created for Pink & Main. It’s got just the right mix of softness, texture, and cuteness—perfect for letting Mom know how much she's loved!
 Card Details:
The base of the card starts with a beautiful embossed floral background that may seem like I ink-blended in soft shades of pink, but it's actually a sheet from the Pink & Main Gradients & Dots Paper Pad. The dimension from the embossing adds a subtle but elegant touch, and I finished the flowers with sparkling yellow gems for extra shine. I love how they catch the light!
To create a clean break between the background and the sentiment, I added a narrow metallic gold strip—just a little luxe touch that makes everything pop!
On the right side, I stamped the cheerful greeting "Happy Mom’s Day" in bold black ink. It balances beautifully with the adorable little bear sitting underneath.

 Focal Point:
Can we talk about this sweet little bear? She’s all dressed up for the occasion with a crown of pink blossoms and rosy cheeks—ready to bring joy! I colored her with alcohol markers and used foam adhesive to give her some dimension. The little buzzing bees are the perfect finishing touch, don’t you think?

Balance Your Layout: If you’re splitting your card into two sections like I did, a skinny border (like my gold strip) helps ground the layout and add interest.
Cluster Details: Add embellishments like gems in a semi-random pattern to enhance your background without overwhelming it.
I hope this gives you some inspiration for your Mother’s Day makes! Don’t forget to spoil the moms in your life—they deserve all the crafty love. Happy creating,
